Very good point. These militia types are a scourge and need to be dealt with severely. I think all of them need to go away to prison for a very long time.

They don't carry guns and they don't complain about tyranny when they lose in court, matter of fact they didn't even get to the courts. Just peaceful protestors inconveniencing people.

They did a little more than just peaceful protesting.......not that they had no reason.

On what charge? Only a small number broke into a public building. Breaking, and entering hardly justifies a long prison sentence. What else are you going to charge them with, squatting?

Did you also believe that all of the Occupy Wall Street people needed to be put in prison for a long time?

Some what more but they didn't point a gun at a federal agent. The difference is that these people lost in court, supposedly they love the constitution but when it doesn't go their way it's gun's and ammo. The other protests did not involve guns. There have been many protests that involved taking over government building, none that I recall had guns.
