I'm far from a Louis Farrachan supporter but I give credit where credit is due. My long post before this and on other threads and forums of city-data explain everything you need to know and that includes this video of Louis Farrachan who according to Alex Jones just had a sit down interview with him which will be released soon.
The US has the strongest economy in the developed world. With the current headwinds, particularly in China and Europe, I'm not exactly understand what you're expecting.

As stimulus and Treasry investment slows, maybe a small implosion of the economy again.
Ah yes, lets listen to the entity that is supposed to keep unemployment down when it comes to these type of predictions. Especially when it ignores the FACT that the LPR is down in the 18-54 age groups and they have nothing to do with the aging of the workforce. You rebuttal is absurd. Keep ignoring and denying Obamabot.
So the BLS just got lucky I suppose when they predicted in 1999 that the LFPR rate would begin to decline in a few years. Perhaps they knew Obama would be elected in 2008.
BTW the BLS is not tasked to keep unemployment down.
It's not easy to determine the actual "working age population " of the US because different agencies and different organizations use different criteria. One estimate is of every person living from their 16th birthday until the last day of their 65th year.
A more realistic figure to me would be from 18 (when the vast majority graduate high school) to 62 (when a person can start collecting Social Security. The most popular - by far - age to collect SS is 62 ... not 65 or 66 when it matures to the full amount. Of course it's not unusual for high schoolers under 18 to work at a part time job; or seniors collecting SS working a part time job.
Not addressed in these raw estimates are folks who are unable to work because of some sort of physical, psychological, intellectual, or emotional disability which disqualifies them from most available work. It also doesn't address affluent individuals (like a few lucky relatives of mine) who don't have to work, ever and can live on their enviable wealth.
