N.Korea wants peace treaty'

This is nothing new. North Korea has sought a treaty for years, but one of their stipulations is always a "halt to U.S. military exercises with South Korea." We're never going to agree to that, because we know they won't stop similar exercises in the North.

Don't trust N.Korea. Russia and Germany had treaty in WW2, Germany low blowed and attacked Russia anyway.
