Is this the same IAEA that discovered their covert nuclear program? IAEA has been hoodwinked by Saddam, Kaddafi, N. Korea , Pakistan and now Iran. They have NEVER discovered anything on their own. They know only what they are allowed to know. It takes months to organize an inspection party and do actual inspection. One day Iran announces that they shipped their uranium to Russia and practically the next day IAEA from their offices in Vienna approves it.

Ehm - when comparing the ability to identify nuclear programs in countries beginning with "Ira", the score stands at IAEA: 1 and US "intelligence" agencies: 0.
