Correct me if I'm wrong, but he has also said that he wishes to improve America's infrastructure.

Both Australia and Germany have virtually all of their major cities in the top 30 list

Australia, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

Germany Berlin, Munich, Hamburg and Frankfort um Main I would have also put Leipzig, Dresden, Bremen, Koln, Aachen and Stuttgart on the same list

Lemme guess: you're Canadian? I'm Canadian, so I can usually spot another Canadian, IRL or online, a mile away.

I don't know if I believe this list, but here are my thoughts.
Trump may be able to fix some of our cities. There are so many real problems in the US that get ignored all the time. I haven't heard a question raised to the candidates about this.
Yes, infrastructure is important. Flint, Detroit, Akron, St Louis, and many other cities need help. This is where the "negotiating" comes in. If those cities want help then they will need to reach out to Trump. Trump is NOT going to throw good money at cities and (let them) walk away. If you are in a corrupt city, sanctuary city, or otherwise poorly run city then you won't get much help...unless you are willing to help yourself.
This means cracking down on crime. Cracking down on drugs. Running a fiscally responsible city. Having a decent school system, etc. Throwing money at something is NOT always the answer. To make a change, you have to make changes to the way you operate.

We'll see...

IF SF is on the list the list is worthless. Nice city, I guess, if you can afford to live there.

SF isn't special in that regard. Most big cities are expensive....at least the ones worth living in.

Many of these lists have strange criteria. Don't take them too seriously.
