I lived in NY at the time the occupy idiots took over Zuccoti park ILLEGALLY. No one I know cheered them on. A bunch of filthy entitled morons who urinated, defecated on buildings and cop cars, flicked lit cigrattes at cops and threw urine in their faces. They cost the taxpayers a ridiculous amount of OT for extra cops who were manning the area.

They can all rot

Not a good tactical move to broadcast your exact location and numbers.
It's a very good tactic if you want to be some kind of public hero/martyr.

Whatever else they are or think they're doing, they act more like media hounds than actual soldiers.

They arrested some of them.

Mostly they were useful political tools for the election and they fell under local instead of federal jurisdiction so as long as they were useful they let them hang around.

Then after the election they got pushed out by various means like just cutting financial support.

Hard to believe that any of these idiots were ever military. They are too stupid.

Would the NRA consider Finicum a good guy with a gun or a bad guy with a gun?

It appears the people who arranged the town hall meeting in John Day were quite on the Bundy side, although I like the idea of hinting that they were in cahoots with the FBI. It's just that the Bundys, being complete idiots, announced to the world that they were going. And so they put the ringleaders in a car on deserted road in the middle of nowhere - the FBI must have thought it was Christmas.

We were paying for their lodgings anyway, weren't we?

During their times of service, they probably didn't have to be too bright to be in the military.
