That's a question. Have you ever heard this before?

"In asking the question of “what’s wrong over there?” Trump has shined a spotlight on one of Washington’s best kept secrets: namely, Fox’s role via its founder Rupert Murdoch in pushing an open borders agenda. The Trump campaign is a direct threat to Murdoch’s efforts to open America’s borders. Well-concealed from virtually all reporting on Fox’s treatment of Trump is the fact that Murdoch is the co-chair of what is arguably one of the most powerful immigration lobbying firms in country, the Partnership for a New American Economy (PNAE). In addition to blanketing the country, media, and politicians with literature, advertisements, and a barrage of lobbyists pushing for open border immigration policies, the Partnership for A New American Economy (PNAE) was a prime lobbyist for one of the biggest open borders pushes in American history: Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) 2013 Gang of Eight immigration bill..

Shouldn't surprise anyone.

Fox is just the mouthpiece for the corporate owned and operated GOP.

And "American" corporations love to undercut American labor by having millions of sub-minimum wage foreigners in the workforce who are willing to work w/o benefits. Besides, they can cram our emergency rooms for "indigent care" and get foodstamps, all at taxpayer expense.

It's true: illegal immigration is just another facet of corporate welfare that benefits the wealthy elite.

And that's exactly why it won't be effectively addressed.

Well that explains a lot of why they have been acting like rabid dogs at the mention of Trump's name. Best decision Trump has made so far is to skip the debate.
The media has actually done a pretty decent job of dumbing people down and pushing a destructive agenda for America. The Donald is the new face of the orange crush defense ( once known as the Denver Broncos defense ) who is waging a good battle to defeat them.

"GO TRUMP" or live in a dump.
Assisted by media owners agenda and the New American Economy.

Well, Trump is attempting to teach them how to treat him.

We all know that the wealthy benefit by the low cost or under-the-table illegal labor not to mention the slum lords that rent to them while we subsidize the employers by letting the illegals drain the public assistance teat, ruin our neighborhoods, our schools, fill our prisons, bring in illegal drugs and gangs.

Trump has definitely opened the closet door on a lot of the corruption. I hope he will get the support that he deserves in the election. Our government is just going into the crapper.

Fox goes after Trump because he may be a renegade Billionaire. All of the other billionaires are lined up against us. The billionaires are an international class now and our standard of living is an expense that they would like to deal without.

As far as Fox on immigration is concerned, a hundred years ago Vanderbilt, Carnegie, and Rockefeller opened the flood gates letting in millions of southern and eastern European laborers to break the Molly McGuires and other labor organizations. Fox News is not conservative. They are corporate.

If you know enough about history, you can see them coming.

Or he found something that resonated with his base above all else and he is riding that car to the wheels fall off but once he gets in the white house (highly unlikely) he is going to fall right in line. Trump without all his anti immigrant "they took our jobs" rhetoric is another Giuliani or another famous conservative trying to convert his fans into votes.

Are any of you engineers or in IT?
If you are, then you must read "Sold Out" by John Miano and Michelle Malkin. It talks about all of the visa classifications and how both parties are cashing in at our expense.

You make an interesting point. I did say maybe.
At the end of a famous Italian film called "Swept Away", Giancarlo Gianinni said "Don't trust the rich. They will $crew you every time".

Murdoch has never really been in lockstep with his media outfit Fox News. He tolerates Fox News because it makes him a boatload of money.

Murdoch is just a greasy old rich guy that couldn't spend 5 minutes with the average Fox News viewer. No reason to suspect he would have any sort of "principles" (conservative or otherwise) which he didn't thinks were good for his bottom line.
