So, how do we solve the problem of lack of law enforcement?
Why, we need to pass another law, of course!
"They" will obviously obey the NEW law, for fear of the consequences of getting caught!
It is so very obvious!

It's always been that way. Avoid current law and Politicians duping citizens about the latest and greatest "catch all" new phony solution that's simply a way to get votes. A chicken in every pot.
