We do need to close up the southern border. That's for sure.
Allowing highly educated immigrants in has been conducive to our productivity. Do we need construction workers, plumbers, IT workers and other skilled labor immigrants in mass quantities? Absolutely not. And these should limited significantly. Do we need highly skilled scientists and computer scientists? Yes... at least until we start producing more of the competent ones. Unfortunately, we don't have enough decent schools to do it.
Agreed. Be much more selective but it would be foolish to shut down immigration entirely.
It's time to close the door to any more immigrants because this country can't take care of those that have been here all their lives, the last thing this country needs at this point is a bunch of immigrants from Central America the Middle East and India.
To be fair, we've always had pretty lax immigration laws and open borders, bar a few periods in history where immigration was halted. But now, it's out of control. People are increasingly coming in droves from the south because they know our anti-American president won't stop them. Chinese people fly, have a baby, exploit the 14th amendment. So many people exploit our generosity in so many ways. It's ridiculous that anyone tries to say otherwise. And then certain asylum seekers don't want brings their totalitarian cultures here which will in time threaten our liberties. Others don't even want to speak our language. Some of them are so obnoxious that they get offended by the thought of us declaring English as our official language; they'll say "No that's not fair because 20% of the country doesn't speak English." Why are they here then?
The most simple, but unacceptable solution:

2 things wrong here: 1, if talking about the American Indians, they had THEIR despicable donnybrooks with each other even before 1492 and; 2, where would we go since I don't think England, Spain, Africa and so on will let us in.
IF the AI's did TRY to push us non Indians out; they'd get their butts handed to them real fast, if there were any left at the end. I say that because it'd be 100 to 1 here; and the AI's be the "1". Do the math.

Be more selective? Absolutely.
As a nation we produce enough dependent citizens on our own, no need to add to our burden.
