Well, one dead person, anyway:

Lawyer: Supreme Court Should Let Scalia 'Vote From Grave' Because 'We Know What He Thought' | Crooks and Liars

This is the state of conservative legal thought today.

Yeah, that's what conservatives are all about in the legal sense.

Everyone knows that none of the dead ever voted in America's Democrat Machine controlled strongholds.

As a NJ'ian you have my word on it.

That's tellin' em, scatchie, great find!

That's just silly.

I highly doubt that is representative of any group of lawyers you could imagine, including 'wing nut' lawyers.

I dunno, I'm just putting it out there. It wouldn't surprise me at all if some GOP candidate or pundit is advancing this same argument by the end of the week. These are the same people who think the President doesn't have the right to nominate a new justice, after all, so their grasp on the Constitution is tenuous at best.

Damn it! You just proved scratchie's point.

Chi-town is conservative, reich-wing central from what I've gathered from the interwebs.
