Ex-boyfriend is suspect in fatal stabbing of Ohio mom, 2 kids
CBS affiliate WBNS named the suspect as 35-year-old Wendell Callahan. Records obtained by the station show Callahan had previously been accused of violence against Hammonds.

In October 2006 the woman called police saying Callahan "grabbed her by her throat, picked her up off the ground with her feet dangling in the air and threw her on the car," reports the station

She said he then "threw her on the ground where he began kicking, stomping and punching" her.
DEATH PENALTY INDICTMENT FILED ON WENDELL CALLAHAN FOR TRIPLE MURDERS OF EX-GIRLFRIEND AND HER TWO YOUNG DAUGHTERS

Crack Dealer Freed Early Under Obama Plan Murders Woman, 2 Kids
A convicted crack dealer who left prison early as part of the Obama administration’s mass release of federal inmates has been indicted by a grand jury for fatally stabbing his ex-girlfriend and her two kids in Columbus, Ohio. The gory crime drew national attention because the children, ages 7 and 10, were murdered to eliminate them as witnesses in the brutal massacre of their 32-year-old mother.

...
Callahan should have been in jail when the crimes occurred, but he was released four years early because federal sentencing guidelines for crack dealers got reduced. The change is part of President Obama’s effort to reform the nation’s justice system as a way of ending racial discrimination. The initiative was technically launched back in 2010 when the president signed a measure that for the first time in decades relaxed drug-crime sentences he claimed discriminated against poor and minority offenders.
Apparently 6,000 of these early releases began in November. It took him about 2 months to finish her and her kids off.

Obama is good at letting criminals go back to what they do best. Gitmo terrorists, now this.

What does one have to do with the other?

Were the penalties for selling crack cocaine longer than for selling plain old cocaine?

Would he have killed her had he never been convicted of a crime and been in prison?

Are you suggesting drug dealers get life. I'll vote for that.

No, they're simply saying that it's Obama's fault that the crack dealer killed his lady. You know, like when my Ritz cracker crumbled in my hand, that was Obama's fault.

It's bad policy. On what was the policy based? Race. Do you believe we would have that policy under anyone else?

Seriously? Blaming Obama for an Act passed by Congress (with unanimous consent!) Obama didn't do this via Executive Order.

"The measure severely weakens a decades-old law enacted during the infamous crack cocaine epidemic that ravaged urban communities nationwide in the 1980s. It set a mandatory five-year sentence for trafficking offenses involving more than five grams of the drug. The new measure (Fair Sentencing Act) increases the amount of crack from five grams to 28 grams for a five-year sentence and eliminates mandatory prison for first-time offenders.

Congress’s rationale for reducing crack sentences is a simple one that is shared by the commander-in-chief; a disproportionate number of blacks are being punished. The legislative and executive branches claim that the sentencing discrepancy between crimes involving crack cocaine and powder cocaine created a huge racial disparity because most crack defendants are black and most powder cocaine defendants are Hispanic and white."

"Racist" Drug Sentences Relaxed - Judicial Watch

Bill Text - 111th Congress (2009-2010) - Fair Sentencing Act of 2010 (Enrolled Bill [Final as Passed Both House and Senate]

If we use the theory used for rape victims, it was her fault she got her herself and her kids killed because she was dating a drug dealer.
