Well, since it's already be explained to you a gazillion times...

Your lifestyle is directly related to the control of oil and the US dollar as the worlds reserve currency.

Besides it being clear that you do not understand that, let me make it real clear for you...

You get no diapers or anymore welfare when there's a basket of reserve currencies. Your dollars value plummets.

On a side note, you'll no longer need to spend as much on your military as the next 7 countries. You will, however, no longer be part of the first world crowd... You'll be like Belarus after the collapse of the SU...

First, the federal government is Constitutionally obligated to defend its citizens. And as a function of our GPD our defense spending (about 3.5% of GDP) is about average with most other nations. We have the military we have because we have the largest economy in the world to defend, not to mention about 300 million citizens.

Second, waste is waste. It doesn't matter what kind of spending it is. Dismiss this diaper idiocy and then dismiss 500 more programs just like it by blithely complaining about the military budget and pretty soon you're talking about real money. And that's exact the situation we are already in.

White House pledges to tackle the 'diaper gap' - Mar. 10, 2016
What is more disturbing is the fact that people are more concerned about poor people getting subsidized diapers, than care about fortune 500 companies funneling billions of dollars overseas to avoid taxation. Apple alone has more than a half a trillion dollars in the bank of Ireland, to avoid taxation and people ignore it. It's called welfare for the rich; something far worse to the economy than subsidies to help the poor.

Talk about clueless. A corporation earns it's money, if they use tax laws to keep more of it so be it. Do you itemize your taxes or take deductions?
The govt is making people poorer to purchase diapers
If history is any teacher, the price of diapers will now be more for those who must pay out of pocket for them absent a government subsidy...just like health care, education, etc.

You have no clue what's really going on.

None of that money was earned in the US. Do you understand ?
These companies aren't funneling US revenue to other countries.
They are paying their taxes on their US revenue.

What they aren't doing is bringing their global revenue back to the US because the US wants to tax money not earned in the US.

Do you think that is fair ? The US wants to tax revenue wherever it's generated in the world.
But they can't do that until the money is brought back to the US. Hence..companies aren't bringing back their foreign revenue.

It's not called welfare for the rich. It's called consequences of a greedy government.

Having had kids of my own, I will agree that diapers are expensive.

But if you can't afford diapers...........do you REALLY think you should be having kids in the first place?

If you can't feed 'em, don't breed 'em.

I agree, but maybe their religious beliefs don't allow them to take birth control nor is abortion an option. And those who may want an abortion are finding it harder to get.
