That would be a True Statement IF - the Sacramento FBI or the DOJ were in charge of the Clinton Investigation ..... BUT, they are not "in charge" - in fact, James Comey says that he is personally in charge and not sharing information at all with the White House and very little with the DOJ.
"Every indication is that Mohammad acted on his own; however, it may never be possible to definitively determine why he chose to attack people on the UC Merced campus,” the FBI’s Sacramento office said in a statement that avoided calling the attack an act of terrorism.
“The Department of Justice is avoiding stating the obvious, which is that an individual who commits violence in the name of ISIS is a terrorist,” said Ryan Mauro, national security analyst for the New York-based nonprofit terrorism research institute Clarion Project.
It has always been the White House and TeamObama's policy to downplay all Terroratist Attacks on the USA during his regime. Further - to never use the words "attack or terrorist & Muslim" in any report or statements. It's their Policy, but it has zero relationship with the truth. In this TeamObama & DOJ policy directive - the FBI must do as they say. That is NOT the case with the 100-150 FBI agents & at least 2 Inspector Generals that have been investigating the Emails and Obstruction of Justice. Keep in mind that "immunity" is only given when a criminal investigation is at play.
Hillary Clinton has plenty to worry about. I think indications are that the FBI intends to be done before the end of May.
