Here is one more link on the subject: Elizabeth Warren Sinks Clinton's Hopes for Endorsement. In that link it states that Warren policies align themselves with Sanders'. It looks like she does not want any part of the Hillary tribe. Of course I am not a Sanders fan either.
No, we evaluate the program on a continuing basis. At the point in time that the article was written the program was in the black.
When you invest, you run the numbers and evaluation based on current and expected returns. No astute investor would ever say, "Wait till the bonds completely paid us back ten years from now before we decide if this investment is a success or not."

The report does not allow us to say just how far behind. We do know, however, that DOE loans are typically made at small, sometimes zero, spreads above Treasury rates. So a large portion of DOE’s “interest earned” must have been offset by borrowing costs. That puts taxpayer losses in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
Anyone that thinks Warren hasn't called out Obama and the Dem leadership is Yuuuge idiot. Say what you will she calls a spade a spade. And she completely went there with both Obama and several of his appointements & compromises. There have been a number of times she and Ted Cruz have been on pretty much the same page calling out the cronism that invades so many decisions.
Trump is a master marketer but he does not have the true business acumen people think in regard to either picking investments or management. Where he has been most successful is functioning as a franchisor who sets an aesthetic, benchmarks properties and provides marketing to people who will put up capital and oversee most of the project. It is a perfectly valid business but it is not what most of his supporters assume.
I would have bet I never in a million years voted for Hillary Clinton because I do not trust her. But compared to Trump she is a dream.
I give fuaxcahontas a pass on the Indian bit because everyone I know either claims to be part Indian or descended from some war hero. Dig around & you discover most are exaggerations passed down through generations. Heck- compared to someone who calims they never went bankrupt after three separate bankruptcy filings that's nothing.
Warren used this aspect of her life to get special consideration by Harvard to hire her. In other words, she stole this position from a deserving candidate.
