Hey guys, now before you go bashing on this, I am just trying to get educated on this aspect.

Anyhow, I understand the "future president runners" are going through a delegate vote right now. I understand that (i think) they need to receive a number of certain delegate votes from their party?

But who does these votes? Its not the citizens as I am aware

Just need some knowledge on this! thanks!
