There is a long pause in the audio at that point. Its more than one word, if fact it is a couple of sentences. If you want to know what was said at that moment you can look at the transcript provided by the White House which includes the supposedly censored words.

If really interested at what was said at this photo-op all you had to do is read the WH provided transcript. If they were censoring the words why would they publish them in the transcript?

I think the rest of the world went uncensored, obviously you and many others were able to acquire this significant statement.
Hard to believe there is someone out there comparing transcripts of WH photo ops to the transcripts.
This is classic. The all-purpose Bush. Ever notice, when there is no other logical comeback, Dubya is pulled out, either as a whipping boy, or as a poster child as in , "See, Bush did it too."
