What was the solution for the open multiple occupancy showers? Remember that the school district had provided the trans student PRIVATE facilities, and both the trans student and the USDoE REJECTED that solution, instead INSISTING that the trans student with a penis have UNRESTRICTED access to the girls' multiple occupancy restroom/locker/shower room facilities.
Furthermore, if an anatomical male can "claim" to be transgender, I should be able to "claim" I have no income and therefore pay no income tax. Deal?
Also, If anatomical males are allowed to use women's facilities just because they "claim" to be transgender, I should be able to "claim" I'm age 65+ and immediately get SS and Medicare benefits.
On the flip side what happens when some one with a penis and a 38DD breast size exposes those breasts to a 13 yr old boy? The best and simplest solution is a third option rest room changing facility be offered for transegendered individuals. I know of several trans college athletes and that is what they are offered.

Go into any police station and ask them if it's OK if a 17-year-old with a penis exposes his genitalia to a 13-year-old girl against her and her parents' will.

That can happen today, in any women's restroom in the country.
It can happen in the men's room too. It can happen in a dressing room, a locker room, at the pool, at the school gym, in your own home.
You cannot assume that only 17 year old males commit indecent exposure to 13 year old girls. Or that all transgendered people will expose themselves in a restroom. You know, maybe they just have to pee?

Also, how is such exposure not inevitable in multiple occupancy changing/locker/shower rooms in which normal changing and showering behavior involves various stages of undress including nudity?

They only showered after swim class, and they said that the girls showered with their swimsuits on to rinse out the chlorine. But, again, you would have know this IF you had read the link.

Except for the fact that there is no proof that she did so. Only a news story that says that some student 2 years ago supposedly said that the student did so according to a parent.
The trans student with a penis plays on girls sports teams. Are you seriously thinking anyone believes showering after practice/games doesn't happen?
