All you have to do is carve out a couple private curtained off areas that can be used by anyone who feels uncomfortable for ANY reason. Complete overhaul not needed.

What happens this guy comes back?

Are ALL the women who feel uncomfortable for THAT reason going to have to take turns getting behind the "couple private curtained off areas"?

Exactly!

This silly Victorian nonsense we tend to take to the extreme smacks of some of the same over the top nonsense resulting in women being required to wear Burkhas.

Many advanced civilized nations have no problem with unisex washrooms, steambaths, saunas, even nudist colonies and for some reason they don't suffer the psychological trauma we tender westerners get all bent and twisted over by simply glimpsing a naked breast or dangling "chad".

Cripes ahmighty, perhaps one day we'll put this fear and angst over the sight of the opposite sex's hidden bits behind us once and for all.

Are these apologists ok with this guy rubbing one out while he's in there? Should these woman have to pretend he's not standing there with an erection?

That's fine for you, but not everyone.

You are seemingly advocating for the trans folks' "feelings" while simultaneously telling other people they do not have the right to value their privacy.

The net net is to drive women out of public spaces.

Exactly. Normal people have feelings too; why do the 99.7% of the people not suffering from gender confusion have to accommodate the .03%?

Yep ... really. The word pervert comes to mind and "Wow, just wow" means that you approve of perverts. I do not ... REALLY.

Any rules, decorum in Society, decency, principles, class, etc. should just be trashed then?
Throw it all away because nothing matters anymore?

A miniscule part of the population should lead the rest around by the nose and dictate?
Told to give up their privacy? (remember privacy and the perversion of it by Lefties in the past?)

That is utterly ridiculous.

I'm sure the excuse makers will come along and make more excuses for this.
Yes, we were.

I am not judging people but if you are transgendered and feel uncomfortable using a locker room that fits your current equipment maybe you should not participate in that activity. Maybe you change before you go to the pool. Maybe you change at home?
Maybe they should seek psychiatric treatment.

Apparently.

Or maybe transparently.
