Again, why aren't Republican legislators, with all of their medical expertise{}, worried about colonoscopy clinics that do not meet the same safety standards required of abortion clinics?
This is a prime example why the American public should not trust Republican politicians.
They do not practice due diligence when proposing and passing legislation that will impact people's lives.
You won't get an answer to that question.
So in PA clinics are inspected every 17 years and in Texas it's every few months and they want clinics to meet operating room standards, they went too far to address a nonexistent problem.

A restaurant is inspected around every 6 months. I'd think we would want at least the same for a medical facility.

That's fine, as long as ALL medical facilities have to meet the same criteria, whether the facility is a dental clinic, lasik eye clinic, foot clinic, colonoscopy clinic or abortion clinic.
Wonder how many dental clinics would be forced to close if required to meet the same standards as abortion clinics?
And yes, people have died during dental procedures.....probably about as often as someone dies from getting a routine abortion.
Actually, not too long ago I saw an ambulance at a dental clinic, no doubt the patient probably died because the hallways were too narrow.

You asked this question four times in this thread already, and every single time the poster you asked it of deflected. Which is an answer in and of itself. As you said, it has zero to do with caring about women's health and everything to do with attempting to shut down women's health clinics for political reasons.
It's ridiculous that those on the other side try to pretend otherwise, when other clinics who perform outpatient procedures don't have politicians roaming the hallways with measuring tapes, assessing their widths. They only care about clinics where abortions are performed. But no, it's not political at all.

Difference is when a dental office has to send for an ambulance they don't tell the driver not to use the siren and to use the alley driveway so no one will be the wiser when they take the woman who is dying out to the hospital.

you got a link or any proof of that statement or did you just make that up?

A regular dental office probably doesn't and it's been noted why. Now for an office that does surgical procedures that would be different.

Or not.
