Natalie, these are publicly available records. Archived footage, from which educated conclusions can be drawn by perceptive viewers with informed historical perspectives.

You believe that's "thinking for" someone, one can only conclude you speak from experience and the only educational model you've ever known.

You're pretty gullible then.

The irony of your statement zooms right over your head. You readily relied on others to think for you by unquestioningly slurping up every official story you've read on the subject.

You're presuming that I don't have firsthand knowledge.

Fortunately Remington is one of the larger gun companies in the US, and hopefully has enough cash reserves to fight this until they win. At which point they should be able to collect legal fees from the scumbags initiating this baseless lawsuit.

If there is anyone to be sued, it is the lawmakers that passed laws that allowed this mentally disturbed animal to be allowed anywhere but in an institution. Had he been securely locked away nobody would have been murdered by him.

What is the difference in the AR-15 that all the pansy liberals want to be made illegal and the Mini-14, that is safe from any ban?

Both shoot the .223 cartridge. both semi-auto. both have 30+1 capacity.

Yes it is and that is partially the basis for the lawsuit, amazing they even got this far with the protections afforded the gun industry.

The 2nd amendment has protected gun manufacturing for 230 years. How did they change the Constitution, without an amendment?

Wait? They changed Keep & Bear, without an amendment and they removed, "Shall not be infringed" long ago, without an amendment.

Like fully functional Tanks, fully functional AR15s are unfit for civilian usage ... But, I suspect the NRA owned political/legal system won't agree...... yet.
