The Perils of Identity Politics
When you start monkeying around with iconic faces on American currency in the name of political correctness and identity politics, you run the risk of being overtaken by shifting trends in the culture. That’s the moral of the story of the Obama administration’s now-aborted plans to replace Alexander Hamilton’s portrait on the $10 bill. Treasury Secretary Jack Lew had announced that the first person to hold his office would be ousted last summer in order to make way for a female, though he hadn’t decided which American woman would get the honor.

The fear-mongering over imaginary plots by the right is truly entertaining.

A couple questions for you:

  1. What would liberals stand to gain by destroying the nation?
  2. Are only presidents eligible to be represented on our currency?

I don't know. But I do know that if Trump wins, this is not going to happen.
Trump's Secretary of the Treasury would rescind the plans.

Currency is on the way out. So making idiots happy with half hearted gestures has worked well in the past and seems to work well now. Next up will be pox ridden blankets and beads.

I hope all of you can see how racist and sexist this selection is. Essentially it was determined that this one must be a woman and must be black.

I didn't call it affirmative action for nothing!
