Are the US respondents in the second graph all fully insured? The issues here are distinctly different, it's not the quality. It's the affordability. Obamacare should have addressed this and it hasn't. The situation has not improved but actually has worsened. Accepting a whole bunch of new patients that are sick while those that are not continue to go without coverage is costing everyone more....

Has anything changed? If you had insurance before are you better off now?

FYI one of the primary drivers of health insurance costs was state mandates they cover everything under the sun. That's why rates went up so dramatically in some states and not others.
