Who will set the standards for these retention holsters?
Will other open carry holsters be banned or will you be fined for using them?
Will there be pre-ban holsters for all of us that have the old style?
How will this law be enforced? Only after a gun is lost or will any police who sees an non-approved holster be able to intervene?
Punishment? Ticket? Arrest? Fine? Jail time?
Even if you follow all of the rules with an approved holster, what if you still have your gun taken?
