Kayla McKelvey, a black graduate of Kean University and member of the #BlackLivesMatter movement, took it upon herself to create a fake Twitter account in November, from which she anonymously threatened to kill every black student on campus.
Now, she will spend 90 days in jail and pay a fine of $82,000 to cover the cost incurred by police and campus security’s response to her outrageous lies.
Whole Foods is fighting back against a Texas pastor who accused the Austin-based grocery chain of decorating a cake with an anti-gay slur.
Jordan Brown, an openly gay pastor who preaches at the non-denominational Church of Open Doors, said he ordered a cake with the words "Love Wins" written in blue icing on April 14 for a member of his congregation, according to an emotional distress lawsuit filed Monday in Travis County court. But Brown said when he got to his car he saw "Love Wins F**" had been scrawled instead.
Whole Foods, however, countersued on Tuesday, alleging the entire incident was a hoax perpetrated by Brown.

Democracy has failed. The health of a republic depends on the maturity of the people within it, and the he left has compeltely dunuded that maturity. We have a polical party that caters to balcklivesmatter scum instead of standing up to them and telling them the truth--the black community is creating its own problems. This same party actively fights for illegal aliens to stay in the country, argues for their right to vote in our elections by attacking ID laws, is now arguing for the right of felons to vote, and threatening/promising to let massive numbers of criminals out on the streets.
It's good to see a company fighting back. These idiots who perpetrate hoaxes should be held fully accountable as their actions undermine the very causes they claim to support. Both individuals are despicable.
They should be prosecuted. It is the best way to stop these actions in the future.........what I'm wondering is when Bush will be prosecuted for his hoax.
It had all the makings of a race-baiting, Al Sharpton-esque protest movement. Three young black women allegedly assaulted by 10-12 white men and women on a CDTA bus while they shouted racial slurs. Certainly disturbing if true, and the local media and Black Lives Matter supporters all jumped on board in promoting the story.
Remember when people found meaning by becoming productive members of society? The only thing these opportunistic racists are producing is hatred and division. And the news media and political system encourages the propagation of their hate. Disgusting.

The students identified as the people behind a recent racist drawing found at Salisbury University’s library are black, school officials confirmed Tuesday.
The image, found April 10 on a whiteboard in Blackwell Library, showed a stick figure being hung and labeled with a racial slur. Underneath was the hashtag “#whitepower.”
The university confirmed Tuesday, April 26, the students involved in the incident were black, spokesman Richard Culver wrote in an email. The university would not provide names of the students, citing the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

It's about time these leftwing crazies are getting prosecuted for their hoax hate crimes, which ends up hurting innocent people.
