I just can't muster a freak out. I am a diehard Republican, but will be fair about this list:
Wilson: good god, what a loathesome man. Lied us into WWI, which caused WWII. Was practically in a COMA for the last year of his presidency and his wife ran the county (without anyone bothering to tell the American people this).
Harding: crooked, Mark Hannah's bought-and-paid for man, adulterer. Ugh.
Coolidge: not bad, but can someone tell me why he never gets ANY of the flak for the Great Depression? He was Prez for the six years leading right up to it!! (Hoover had barely been in office).
Hoover: started doing all the stupid things in response to the Depression which FDR later copied.
FDR: Did Hoover's things, only on steroids. If you think he "saved" us in the Great Depression, please read Amity Shlaes "The Forgotten Man". He was hapless (but then again, he was notorious at Harvard for being such a shallow pretty boy). If you think he saved us in WWII, please read Diana West "America Betrayed". You don't know half the story. Also, FDR was almost certainly an adulterer.
Truman: He was loathed by most of the public by the end of his time for very, very good reasons.
Eisenhower: a decent president, but he grew the federal bureaucracy (something I don't like), and had some foreign "misadventures", let's call them. Plus his health was too bad to be President, to be honest.
Kennedy: No Camelot here. A drug-addled, rash, wildly irresponsible guy who got us into Vietnam (and picked LBJ to be vice prez).
LBJ: A tortured conflicted soul, loser in both Vietnam and in the "war on poverty". Nasty, too.
Nixon: a man who wanted to be president largely so that he could somehow "pay back" the bullies who tortured him in childhood. One sick puppy.
Ford: clueless at times, in way over his head.
Carter: the fundamentalist preacher in the White House. The misery index. Just too much bad stuff to list.
Reagan: a pretty good President.
Bush Senior: "Read my lips". Lucked into the collapse of the communist east Europe. Not a leader.
Clinton: WHere to start, where to start....he's why I left the Dem party. Slick Willie. "Acts of genocide were perpetrated...." The whole lead up to 9/11 on his watch. Crazy out of control bubbles built up.
W: what a fiasco.
Obama: terrible, just terrible.
And this is saying nothing of the nominees who LOST!!

Lol... you rake over other presidents for getting involved in nonsense actions overseas but call Reagan a good president despite Iran Contra? All of his involvement in South America? Running the country while battling Alzheimer? Blowing up the Federal budget?
A solid list, though Reagan was no picnic either. There's bad things to be said of every single POTUS ever. That said, all of them were better than folks like Gaddafi, Khomeini, Mao, Stalin, Saddam Hussein, Putin, etc. We've been blessed with better lousy leaders than just about any other country on earth.
If Trump or Hillary become the next President, we'll be just fine. I've been saying that forever.

Reagan's "war" was Granada. Granada!! Not much to complain about there.
(And when the Beirut barracks were bombed, he just got out. Smart man).
Iran Contra was not such a big deal. Obama has been doing the exact same thing with Libya and Syrian arms. Do you object? Reagan was somewhat involved in foreign subterfuge, just like every single other President. His Alzheimer's only impacted him in his last year. I'll take an early-stages-Alzheimer over a no-Alzheimers CLinton or Obama any day.
His increase in the budget actually GOT us something: the end of the Cold War. And there is MASSIVE difference between a billion and a trillion.
