Oh I am not telling other states how to live, but I find it hard to believe anyone would want their air and water to be polluted. Maybe I am giving too much credit to people in West Virginia, maybe they do like being poisoned slowly by their own industries, who knows.
Nonetheless, poisoning the air and water in the US should be a no go no matter what state people live in. I doubt you want poison in your drinking water and the air you breath?
