However, the fight is just beginning.

Texas Lt. Gov. Targets Fort Worth Schools Chief Over Transgender Guidelines
The lieutenant governor said Monday that Superintendent Dr. Kent Paredes Scribner "has lost his focus and thereby his ability to lead the Fort Worth ISD." Patrick's statement continued:

"He has placed his own personal political agenda ahead of the more than 86,000 students attending 146 schools in the district by unilaterally adopting 'Transgender Student Guidelines.' ...

"Campus safety should be of paramount concern for anyone in his position. Every parent, especially those of young girls, should be outraged."
Board meeting is today.

This Scribner guy apparently was just hired last September.

Guidelines are here. Please review the gender definitions. Gender is a choice according to the guidelines.

Obviously this is a nationally coordinated effort to get this rotgut into the schools.

----------------------------------

This is how the existing rules are twisted.

In the Guidelines...
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. 1681 et seq., is a federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any federally funded education program or activity.
Here's the poison pill...
The Office of Civil Rights ("OCR") is the federal agency responsible for enforcing Title IX. OCR has provided written guidance that Title IX prohibits sex discrimination based not only on sex and sexual orientation but also on gender identity.
So unelected bureaucrats changed the interpretation of the rule. We need to contact Representatives and Senators on this.
