You work multiple 1099 jobs. All flexable

I work 4

Paperroute for set amount
Uber and Lyft are flexible
Home inspection which pays month and a half after month is over.

The ride share jobs come out very consistent on how much I make week to week.

craigslist: peninsula jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events
