so maybe ask your brother the attorney if this man had his rights violated while surrendering. innocent until proven guilty, NO EXCEPTIONS, right?

I have lived in Massachusetts for three years and I found the cops more aggressive than those in other states I lived in.
It may be a stereotype but it seems to be true that most cops here are either Irish or Italian.

Well, you talked about these officers, right?

You were the one who said "obviously, they (the officers) did something wrong." simply because they are under investigation.

By the way, resisting arrest after hours of high speed chasing = obviously did something wrong. Just sayin'

This thread is about "excessive force", not if this individual's right has been violated.

Use of force is brutal by its very nature... Life doesn't go well for crooks who don't surrender in the classical sense. I didn't see any of that
It sure looks bad for the cops.

Unreasonable force is determined by three factors:

1. resisting arrest

2. harm to others

3. severity of the crime

These police officers are under investigation, they are not criminals.

Not talented but you can get their names from the news frequently. With a little knowledge in linguistics you can tell whether it is Irish or Italian.
My neighbor is also a cop and he is Irish, just to add one more example (not to prove anything).

I would say they are Americans. No? If they did something wrong, then it was the system failed them. Nobody has said that there is no police brutality, but what ethnicity has anything to do with it?

hold on, so innocent until proven guilty, no exceptions only applies to cops? so cops are somehow above the law? what would your brother the attorney say to that?

I am not a cop hater, I am 100% on their side against the whole BLM controversy but lets be honest here.... there is a fundamental difference between backing cops and knowing when they did something wrong, which is clearly the case here.
