Yet she/nor the article discusses the percentages of minority applicants for those career fields. The only comment that came close to touching that question was:

The President just told us so in his commencement address to Howard University when he lamented that enough black people didn't vote and it made him get "stuck with" or "have to deal with" as he put it "this congress"
The NBA is "mostly black" due to the number of black youths who aspire to it. Many professions are "mostly white" because more white youths aspire to it.
Race baiters like Rice are too emotional to understand such logic.

We need the best and brightest no matter the color of skin. Sorry to say Rice is more intersted in social justice and is more than willing to sacrifice the nation for feng shui and a balanced color wheel.
As the feds keep dropping requirement standards for certain jobs it is time to sweep the administraions out of power that run these agencies.
It is fine to revist requirements but not at the cost of our safety.
Rice is either a racist or an irresponsible pre programmed robot....
