Many public schools have community shower facilities where the kids shower together, as opposed to in individual shower stalls. I don't like it, and I didn't like it when my high school had that system back in the early '80s when I was a student, but that's how it is. As such, any boy who thinks that he is a girl, even while still possessing a penis and testicles, may now, with the permission of the federal government, shower with the girls. This was not permitted before all of this nonsense began. You don't shower with your clothes on, so what part of this don't you get? Indecent exposure indeed, and quite against the law.
Exactly. And it's FELONY indecent exposure when it occurs on school grounds and/or the reporting victim is a MINOR.
And that kid will have the right to shower behind a curtain, or as was allowed in the Fort Worth school district any kids bothered by it could shower behind a curtain.
They tried that in the IL school district. The transgender student sued, and the Obama Admin subsequently demanded that the MTF trans with a penis have unrestricted access to and use of all girls' facilities.

I'm not going to digress into some other issue with you until you prove this:

I already did. It's a matter of record. It's either already included in the lawsuit the 51 families are filing against the Obama Admin, or it will be via discovery.

You DO understand that doing so is a FELONY indecent exposure sex crime due to the occurrence on school grounds and/or the fact that the reporting victims are minors, no?
Have you somehow completely missed the fact that news frequently reports that school kids are charged with sexual harassment/assault merely for hugging, holding hands, etc., with another student? Where the hell have YOU been? /SMH
I sense much anger in your tone. I'm guessing you thrive on anger of the latest and greatest fake outrage issue.

Did you actually read the lawsuit? If you did you will NOT find any claim that a student exposed their genitalia to students of the opposite sex. The entire lawsuit is filled with "what if" claims such as:
"All of the Parent Plaintiffs agree that they do not want their minor children to endure the risk of being exposed to the opposite sex in intimate, vulnerable settings like restrooms, locker rooms, and showers"
"Every Girl Plaintiff uses the PE locker room with the fear that a male will see her in state of undress or that she will see a male in a state of undress"
Now if you can find a reference in that lawsuit that a student exposed their genitalia to students of the opposite sex, then cite it. If you can't, then please retract your claim.

No. The source of my objection is knowing the families involved in the IL school district. My kids went to that school district. The younger brothers and sisters of their friends still go to those schools.

Is discovery completed? Has all evidence been presented? No. Stay tuned...
