Maybe if whites hadn't panicked every time a black person moved into a neighborhood and left the neighborhood to escape the "undesirable element" things would have turned out better for those cities.
So in your view you need white people to have an area be civilized? How progressive of you. Why on Earth would white people stick around to be a stabilizing influence instead of moving somewhere that isn't turning into a slum?
Anyone who collects welfare should be deeply ashamed. You cannot accept them poor huddled masses when tax paying citizens have to support them.
You live in an area that is 92% white. Ya a typical liberal...diversity is great..as long as it is elsewhere.
