Liberals/Dems' giving sexual predators a legal reason to be in opposite sex multiple occupancy restrooms/locker/shower room facilities (merely by their "claim" to be "transgender") helps solve those problems, how?

Obama has set up a direct conflict between his foot-stomping "edict" and sex crime laws (including FELONY indecent exposure).
Under Obama's foot-stomping "edict," any sexual predator male with an exposure fetish can just stroll right into the girl's/women's multiple occupancy locker/shower room, strip down to nothing, and if he "says" he's "transgender," no girl/woman can do a thing about it except to submit to indecent exposure, or leave. And what's to stop male voyeur sexual predators from watching girls/women undress under the same circumstances? All they have to do is "say" they're "transgender" and all's good; no one can challenge their right to be there.
Did Obama and liberals really NOT think through the consequences of demanding such an idiotic policy?

I've asked several times and no one has been able to answer... There's no definitive identification of who is or who is not transgender. What's the criteria to identify someone as such? Merely someone's "say so" about themselves? And who is monitoring access to girls'/women's multiple occupancy restroom/locker/shower room facilities to make sure that only those who actually ARE transgender are admitted to the facilities? Will there be guards at each entrance the entire time such facilities are open?

Letting girls/women keep the right to question men present in their multiple occupancy restroom/locker/shower rooms, call the police or others for help, and have the police and others respond to help without having to be afraid they'll be sued for discrimination because the "trans" with a penis and testicles "claims" to be "transgender." Obama's edict f*cks girls and women, plain and simple. How anyone can support that is unconscionable.
That is the lamest argument on this thread. If there is someone in a bathroom who is engaging in behavior that is threatening or criminal you call the flipping police. If not then you mind your own GD business, it's really that simple. These laws don't give you any 'authority' to call the police and have these suspicious trans people 'checked out' lol, I guess you never noticed that none of these laws provide for any enforcement mechanism.

Under Obama's foot-stomping edict, men with penises and testicles have the RIGHT to be in girls'/women's multiple occupancy restrooms/changing/locker/shower rooms, stripping to naked and/or watching girls/women undress by merely "claiming" to be "transgender." Anyone confronting them can be sued for discrimination.
If you believe otherwise, state and cite the legal definition of "transgender" that eliminates those with opposite sex genitalia.
Good for you. Now provide individual private "family" changing/locker/shower rooms for each school girl and for everyone using park district, state park, etc. facilities.

Easier to find a FELONY indecent exposure law. Codified as a FELONY due to occurrence on school grounds and/or the age of the victim/s.
