The valid interests of We The People of the United States supersedes any and all New Jersey laws that infringe upon the Bill of Rights, specifically the Second Amendment.
There are really only one or two valid reasons for having a fedgov.
To prevent the states from depriving citizens of our constitutionally guaranteed rights.
The second is for the protection of the country.
Notice how the gun grabbers ignore "Ruled Upon" law .. Even when the law is affirmed by a Radical/Leftist court?
Let NJ infringe on the 2A. I'd rather they do what they want there than try to tell me what to do here. And lets be realistic, if you are living in NJ, you can't be that concerned with your 2A rights to begin with.
In all honesty, I treat NJ as if it were another country. When possible, I drive around it. If I must be there, I am 100% sure I am unarmed and defenseless to keep thier masters happy (and to stay out of a NJ prison). No guns, no ammo, no spent casings or anything that could very easily turn me into a felon. I know that some of the rights I hold dear do not exist there.
While MA is also bad, it is literally a bastion of freedom compared to NJ.
Does New Jersey still not let you pump your own gas?
What's weird is ultra-liberal Oregon is the other state that won't let you last I recall.
Then again statism is confusing as hell to folks who actually want to be free.
