So every offense, no matter how small should result in jail time? And anything else is a slippery slope to having no laws at all? Ok then.

I hope everyone that thinks this is just great, has at least a dozen people peeing, littering and drinking alcohol in front of their property every day.

What logic
1. pee in street and get caught
2. get a fine instead of jail time
