Stop it. All they're saying is that now you'll be fined for peeing in public instead of arrested. I know somebody who once got caught peeing in public on his way home from a party at 3 in the morning and had to spend the weekend in jail.
And in 10 years they will claim these fines have left these criminals behind financially so we should just stop having laws.
I hope everyone that thinks this is just great, has at least a dozen people peeing, littering and drinking alcohol in front of their property every day.

2. get a fine instead of jail time
