The homeless belong in shelters. They should not be making Manhattan, our nation's largest concentration of GDP, into their personal, public restroom.
I couldn't care less what they do in 2nd rate cities.
But I mean let's think about this - what about someone walking home from a party at 2 in the morning, taking a leak in the park. Like i said, my friend got caught doing this some years ago, and had to spend the entire weekend in jail, because he got caught on a Friday and couldn't see the judge until Monday.
Don't tell me none of you have ever taken a leek outside. We're not homeless here, but it's something everyone has done at some point.
Perhaps they should let you off with a fine the first time, take you to jail for the night the second time. Idk, it just seems insane to go to jail for three days for that.
