Because of the TCSJWs' selfishness and idiocy, any sexual predator male can "claim" to be "transgender" and sexually victimize women in women's shelters, any sexual predator male with an exposure fetish can now just stroll right into the girl's/women's multiple occupancy locker/shower room, strip down to nothing, and if he "says" he's "transgender," no girl/woman can do a thing about it except to submit to indecent exposure ...or leave. And similarly, there's no way to stop male voyeur sexual predators from watching girls/women undress or shower under the same circumstances. All they have to do is "say" they're "transgender" and all's good; no one can challenge their right to be there.

This changes EVERYTHING.
Grown men are not allowed to walk into a little girls locker room randomly, they have never been allowed to do that and they still are not allowed to do that even if they pretend to be a girl.

Nothing has changed, you have just managed to overreact and let this consume you in life. Is this topic all you talk about in your life these days? Do you spend your time outside of locker rooms on guard now?

If a random man walks into a little girls locker room, everyone should stop him because the man is probably not transgender, even if he has a dress on.

Maybe you do, none of the schools I went to, or any of the schools in the northwest have pools in them, nor is swimming a requirement from students.

So not sure why there is this issue with swimsuits and showing naked in front of others if swimming isn't even a requirement.

Don't see the problem here ?

But there's even a bigger problem - what about the majority of girls who don't want to get undressed in the presence of someone with male genitalia ? Why is it that they have no rights ?

But look at the bright side - all of these girls' parents are also voters.
Before, a man could still enter a locker room even though it could have been a crime, though the actual act of entering a locker room isn't a crime. There is no laws that say a man can't enter a woman's locker room.

So no, I don't see a problem because men still aren't allowed to enter a woman's locker room even if they pretend to be a woman because more than likely that person isn't transgender.

Yes, I attacked poison with poison. I know better than to stoop to his/her level. My bad! BTW, there is no position to take or support - it is what it is. This has gotten ridiculous. Also,I don't identify as progressive. I'm sure we both have different definitions so it really doesn't matter. Plus, intolerance should not be tolerated. That's all.

It's the same way here. My old high school as well as the private school I attended before that had pools and very active swim teams. Perhaps it is because the poster who keeps making this claim comes from a tiny state?

No, I come from Washington and Oregon, not what one would call tiny states. Though did your old high school require students to swim?

The better question is why is being made such an issue now? To rile people up. That's the point, more division amongst people. If it's not this, it is racial.

You would think half the population was transgender, given how much this is talked about now. Why is this happening? Perhaps a diversion(the media is good at that) from more important issues?

Actually, they are now. All they have to do is "claim" to be "transgender."

Did you miss the Obama Admin edict memo?

My guess, as well.

How can the TCSJWs (Transgender Cause SJWs) be so closed-minded and intolerant?

Hey! I resemble that remark. Little Rhody is 37 miles wide x 48 miles long, but even as the smallest state with incredible beaches, we have large pools; my gym just a block down at Brown University has a 164.042 ft x 82 ft pool. And being Brown it's hard enough telling what sex anyone is with or without clothes; we don't have all of those crazy issues that the conservatives in this forum that causes them to set their hair on fire about.

Fun fact, they could do so before. In my state there were no laws against it. Nothing much has changed other then now you can't trespass them.
