How do you tell if someone is a woman or a sexual predator? It doesn't matter what the person's sex is if they are a sexual predator.
There is different ways to identify as transgender, with schools the student needs to make a formal change with the school. In general, anyone who has begun the transformation through hormone replacement can call themselves transgender.
As I have stated many times, a woman can rape you too, which would make a woman a sexual predator as well. Sexual predator does not mean male.

Well if someone in the locker room or restroom is staring at you or making you uncomfortable with their advances, then they might be a sexual predator. If the person is minding their own business and not trying to bring attention to themselves, then maybe you should leave the person alone.
Though the chances of you using a locker room with a transgender is extremely rare, and with bathrooms, unless you inspect someone's genitalia, you probably won't even notice.

You do understand that even women can be sexual predators too, right? So if that person happens to claim they are transgender, yet are staring at the other women or making inappropriate advances towards the other women, then they should be asked to leave or arrested.
You do realize you as a woman can't go into the locker room and stare and women changing or making sexual advances towards the other women, right?
So we still have the problem, and you haven't provided an answer... A girl/woman complains about a suspicious male in the girls'/women's facilities, and he "says" he's "transgender" so he has every right to be there staring at her or making her uncomfortable with his advances. Now what?
