It's fun reading all these posts trying to get Lyawatha off the hook for her lying and stealing a position from a true Native American.

I love how you twist comparisons and words to misinform people. Because thats what you are doing when you turn someone pointing out that they believe they have someone on staff who is part indian, and you turn it into "We hired her because we thought she was a indian". Something NONE of them have done, in fact quite the opposite. But dont let reality and facts bother you.

The only people who've been misinformed are the Federal Government when Harvard reported Warren as a Native American faculty member to comply with EEOC-enforced laws, and Harvard's students, graduates, faculty members, and supporters.

Your conclusion that they hired her because of her minority status because her name was published in an EEOC report is a rather giant leap and as usual with no facts to back it up.

Something you may have missed was that she was hired at Harvard in 1992 and the EEOC report was in 1999.

Lyawatha is a big liar and fraud.

When are you finally going to admit that and express the appropriate outrage that she added to the already extensive THEFT FROM (AND CHEATING OF) Native Americans in this country by taking a position that a Native American deserved -- not a FAKE Native American like Elizabeth Warren?

You left out openly bragging in the Crimson to students, alumni, and supporters about having a female Native American HLS faculty member to show their "diversity." And how Warren was touted as HLS's "first woman of color" faculty member in the Fordham Law Review.

Here's "woman of color" Elizabeth Warren:

You claimed that an EEOC report seven years after she was hired was resounding proof and this is your response. LOL

Keep chanting "she doesn't look like a native", very immature not to mention lacking logic.

1993. Warren was a Visiting Professor at Harvard Law School (not tenured, yet). The Harvard Women’s Law Journal included Warren on a list of Women of Color in Legal Academia. Biographical entries were checked with the persons on the list before they were listed.

Warren could have corrected Harvard's belief that she was a "woman of color" eligible for ethnic/racial minority status then, but she did not.
