I couldn't figure out what she was saying, and it sounds like more of an old man's voice. Her IQ must be something like 60 or 70 or even .000000001 to act like that.

In the first video all those people just standing around watching her trash the place and no one tries to stop it. She's walking around, no fear of being stopped, no repercussions, while others suffer for her behavior.

The store in the second video has the right idea of auto locking that door until the police arrive.

What I find most bothersome is the absolute lack of empathy in this board. No she shouldn't have acted that way and should have consequences, but she is clearly not mentally well. Watching it, to me, was quite sad...heartbreaking. She must be in a lot of emotional pain.
