I have been around many NRA events, I haven't seen any propaganda showing this. Matter of fact "gun safety" can't be expressed enough by the NRA and their members.

So wait a minute.... You aren't ok with actually arresting someone based on suspicion of a crime they "might" commit, but you ARE ok with suspending their Constitutional rights?
By saying people on a watch list can't buy guns, you are not only suspending their 2nd Amendment rights, but also their 5th Amendment right to due process of law, sense there is no court hearing, the person can't put on a defense in front of a jury of their peers, cannot confront their accusers, or even find out why they are on the list.

Got to love it when people blame the NRA for what the Constitution allows. Most of the time they are all over the place.
The NRA does not make laws and there are no loopholes, just an administration who fails to enforce laws already on the books. While telling us Islam is not the issue and has CAIR speaking about how peaceful they are!
We don't need more laws to cover the laws we already have.
