Not to mention that most of my Facebook wall is now decorated in all the shades of the rainbow. This was an attack on the LGBTQ community first and foremost.
Following the attack last winter in Paris, about half of Facebook users put a French flag on their profile.
But following the Orlando attack, there hasn't been one U.S. Flag that is shown in support of this attack?
Is this how divisive our country is these days? After 9-11, we were united while NOT calling for a ban on box cutters.
If the attacker doesn't represent all of Islam, how does he represent all gun owners?
Then maybe you need to open your eyes because I've seen support from around the world. I will say, I've noticed some of my FB friends, the ones who are conservative, posted support after the France attacks & the San Bernadino but were deathly quiet after this one. I'm going to go ahead & say it's because the victims were gay & they don't support the gay community.

This is what I don't get. It was an attack on AMERICA first and foremost. Stop with this special group pandering it's annoying and very self centered. The LGBT community is no more special than any other people.
On facebook, I've seen nothing but an outpouring of support in terms of Orlando. I've seen many rainbow flags, just not as facebook profiles. I notice something else. This Friday will be the 1 year anniversary of the Charleston shooting. I didn't see as much outpouring of support for Charleston. Sure, there were posts. However, I saw far more for Sandy Hook, the Boston Marathon bombing, and the recent terrorist shootings in Paris, Brussels, and San Bernardino in comparison to Charleston. People who would normally be against homosexuality were more vocal in their support for the victims of the Orlando shooting than they were about a shooting that took place in a church.

On my facebook, even conservatives are showing support for Orlando.
