Okay. So now we get what the Democrats want this election to be about. Identity politics and guns.

Pretty much all governments feel the people should rely on government for practically everything including security.

Governments who want to guarantee they can demand anything over its citizens don't want those citizens to have any method to resist.

Jews, gypsies and gays had no real way to resist the German government back in the 30's and 40's. That worked out real well for them.

The victims in Orlando weren't safe until people with guns showed up to stop the slaughter. The same happened in Paris where the assailants weapons were highly illegal and banned in that country.

When seconds count, the government agents with guns (police) are only minutes away.

This is hilarious since DHS gave him a CCW and a weapon. You can't make this **** up anymore.

Flood the Country with religious nut immigrants THEN blame the gun. Nice strategy.

Jeh Johnson, " Private citizens don't need guns for protection. Take me as an example. Why do I need a gun for protection? The guard at the gates to my neighborhood keeps out strangers. The people armed with automatic weapons at the building where I work will repel any attack. Why would any citizen need a gun when we are protected so well?"

Well the Orlando shooter worked as a DHS consultant as a Customs Border Security Officer. Had licensed firearm for the job. How do we stop that? He did good getting the job and allowing him to get gun license even if he was in strict gun control states.

Sorry, no. I was just pointing out how easy it is for the people who are surrounded by such security to act like we shouldn't have a means of immediate security for ourselves.
