Politicians always talk about compromise, but most of the time neither side will follow through. Well, I have a great compromise on the muslim ban. We can allow muslims under the following restrictions, which have already been approved by both States and courts as reasonable restrictions against constitutional rights:
  • Only one muslim can come per month
  • Before coming, a muslim must submit to a criminal background check and mental health exam, then receive a visit card
  • After receiving a visit card, the muslim must apply for a permit for each visit. During the application process, another background check is performed
  • If the muslim wishes to travel from one state to the next, he or she must apply for a permit in each state
  • If stopped by police, the mulsim must immediately provide his or her permits
  • There are certain restrictions on the types of places a muslim visitor can go, including malls, clubs, government buildings, national landmarks, and places where crowds gather
  • When not doing something useful, the visitor must remain inside his or her room with the doors locked
  • Law enforcement can revoke the permit if the person is accused of a crime, regardless of conviction

These restrictions on constitutional rights were created by liberals and are followed by conservatives, so I do not see why anyone will have an issue with them.
