I agree with that, but we're going to have to fund the FBI a helluva lot more than we currently do to allow them to monitor every moderate threat like this in the US. This is what I've been trying to get at in this thread. I think people think that the FBI is some sort of omnipotent force when the reality is that they have a finite amount of manpower and resources.
