In Britain at least, statistically the most common and horrible crimes committed against little girls there have been indeed committed by the Pakistani population, such as the grooming rings in Rotherham, Peterborough, Derby Oxford and Keighley. No, most Pakistanis in the UK population aren't like this, but the rape of little girls happens far disproportionately in the Pakistani population there, in fact they have become the primary perpetrators of rape and these sex grooming rings there despite being about 4-5% of the population. Yes, there sorts of terrible things happen in all groups. But it's also naive to claim that the majority population is "just as inclined" to such horrific assaults as some of the Muslim immigrant groups, particularly in Britain, who have carried very oppressive values towards women and girls into their host countries. In fact it was exactly such attempts at cover-ups and minimizing the ethnic dimension that allowed the abuses to continue, with police covering up the horrors in Rotherham for nearly 20 years, allowing at least 1,400 young girls to be raped.

There weren't even any Syrian refugees in twin falls but that didn't stop the people that believed this nonsense. According to the article, "(t)he boys were from Sudan and Iraq." Cultural incompatibility is cultural incompatibility.
