Well, I beat you by a few weeks on that one, and quickly came to the same conclusion when I actually did a bit of Googling. The no-fly list is not what I presumed it was.

Nor is it what they claim it is now. An intelligence investigation is not the same thing as a criminal investigation.

And even if it were what they claim it is, it still is an attempt to make an end-run around due process of law. A secret list compiled by secret people in secret organizations using secret procedures should never be used to curtail anyone's liberty in America.

Republicans are afraid of Muslims, Democrats are afraid of guns, and they are both conspiring to smother Liberty in her sleep under a pillow labeled "Safety."

Dems are so full of garbage. This sit in was a stunt to get campaign money, nothing else. Bunch of fricking spoiled elitists children in the House.
