Go into politics or academia. They wouldn't survive in the competitive world of corporate life.

And did you read this:

"At least one of the trained staff members listed below will follow up with the complainant to establish psychological, physical, and emotional support. The interaction is not a fact finding mission, but an attempt to assist and share the College process with the complainant."

So---psychological support/counseling was provided to the snowflake who complained that there were a couple of people walking on campus (probably to a costume party) wearing leis, straw skirts, and coconut bras. It may not be that Colby even has any Hawaiian students, but someone thought this was a racist stereotype. Guess they can't ever do the play South Pacific there!

You can see how this would encourage students to report anything they can. It enables them to go from being just another student to an injured snowflake who needs TLC.

No kidding. Someday these little weasels are going to be running the country. I feel bad for my children. I've got to prepare them for this but I'm not sure how. Teach them to go along to get along or teach them to resist? Tough choices ahead.

I wonder how many of these incidents are cases of revenge reporting. "You ratted me out for wearing a grass skirt? Well I'm going to report you for wearing a Redskins jersey!". When even the tiniest of micro-aggressions is reportable, everybody's going to be guilty of something.

The left is busily recreating the Stasi on college campuses. There are too many eerie parallels between the two

Post on CD about what they deserve and the different things they are entitled.

The preface will be "The government must make sure...."

You'll also find "fair" in those posts.

A while back one of the top universities (can't remember which one) banned "inappropriate laughter". No wonder comedians like Jerry Seinfeld won't work colleges anymore.
