I'm gay - if I go to Missouri you can bet I've got a gun on me and a few in my car.

A search of their vehicle -- a brightly colored Dodge utility vehicle with logo decals for Tonka, Monster energy drinks and another one that read "Higher Ground Tactical", apparently a gun range and shop in Emmaus, Pennsylvania -- revealed the weapons cache.
" revealed the weapons cache."

Weapons cache? REALLY?

Let's NOT forget the camouflage helmet

Exaggerate much?

Here we have the perfect example of the lefts hypocrisy.

CA years ago voted to NOT recognize same sex marriages.

Some went to court and sued and the court ruled that the vote was "unconstitutional"

The courts said that OTHER states that MUST recognize the marriage.

Now here we have the 2nd Amendment, "The RIGHT of the people to KEEP and BEAR arms shall NOT be INFRINGED"

The Constitution overrides ALL STATE laws when it comes to issue covered in the Constitution.

But of coarse you will NEVER see Obama have the FBI, or any other fed agency, go after any state or city who violates the 2nd Amendment.

And, of course, the giant orange sticker on an ammo can that said "Shoot your local heroin dealer."

Yeah, no good reason at all to stop these fine citizens. I can't imagine why any police officer would be the least bit curious about what they were up to.
Isn't there an ongoing thread about the police stooping a man WITHOUT any "Reason" and the SC ruled that the stop was illegal?

What is the difference in this case.

Freedom of speech allows him to put that on is van.

Every state is different.

Me too. I have an Ak-47 and three handguns behind the seat of my pickup. I have a concealed carry, so it is perfectly legal. Having a rifle handy in a rural area is not uncommon at all.
