The AG will probably go after them saying they violated Grays civil rights.
The DOJ will assign 50 special agents to this case to investigate, already knowing that due to the higher bar needed to prove a civil rights violation, there is no civil rights violation in this case.
All the while more important areas get shorted staff because anything revolving around things like this has a high "political profile" so the political appointee will direct staff to it.
But they will have "findings" of some sort of BS civil rights issues in the Baltimore police dept, and will put a nice spin on things to make it worst than it is, all to make a political showing.
I have no idea why people would want to work for this police dept or many other ones, it is just not worth the potential harassment that comes if some idiot like Mosby decides they want to appease what amounts to a bunch of low IQ, low educated, and low cognitive ability people who within their communities, they have a massive problem with basic compliance of the law.

DOJ will have NO issue coming up with the resources to attack these officers. Yet don't have the resources to properly investigate a suspected terrorist with a long history of ties to terror groups that made threats to co-workers and had been reported to the FBI by his co-workers. Nothing like keeping your eye on the ball Loretta.
Most will find this ironic coming from moi. I do find it sad that two promising young African American women, the Mayor and the State's Attorney, were used, abused and manipulated into pursuing these cases.
By the Obama administration. Their fingerprints are all over this.
With two Baltimore officers now acquitted in the death of Freddie Gray, including the only one charged with murder, state’s attorney Marilyn Mosby faces the difficult choice of whether to proceed with four more trials. Her decision almost certainly has to be “no,” and the criticism that she rushed to charge the six officers without sufficient evidence, if only to limit the growing civil unrest in Baltimore, now looks like a valid one. Prosecutorial decisions should be made based on the evidence and the law, not on how they will play on the streets.
.....
Five of the officers have since sued Mosby for defamation.
Wow, that and all the SCOTUS rulings, it's going to be a busy news day
Thank God we're finally seeing some reason, logic, and rationale from the courts. Gives hope that this great nation can change direction and right the course, again.

Now let's see if they focus on the DA and Mayor, who clearly were not!

Now it leaves the city for a rather large law suit.
